Ingredients
3 Medium Potatos - Peeled and sliced1 small onion - chopped2 tbs EVOODried Garlic PowderDried BasilDried Oregano
Directions
Wash, peel and slice potatos, chop onion.
Heat EVOO in skillet. Add potato, onion and spices. Cook until brown and tender. Add 1/4 cup water at time if oil runs out. Cook about 20 minutes.
