Ground beef, 16 oz *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 8 oz Cabbage,1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia)-ChoppedGarlic, 3 cloves - ChoppedOnions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)-Chopped Chicken Broth, 2 can (10.75 oz) Tomato Sauce, 1 cupDiced or Stewed Tomatoes, 2 can Brown Sugar, 4 tsp packed Worcestershire Sauce, 6 tsp
Can use all ground turkey for lower fat.
Brown ground beef & turkey in large pot or dutch oven. Add onion, cook thoroughly. Drain if desired.
Add all other ingredients, stir well. Place lid on pot and cook for about 20 on medium heat or until cabbage is tender. Great with crackers!

I've been looking to try a Cabbage Roll soup for a while and finally gave this one a go. I really liked this recipe and it made A LOT! I expected it to be a bit bland with the lack of spices, but with a little pepper and a small amount of Braggs in the bowl it was just about perfect. - 9/5/10
