Brandy's Skinny Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
2 Cups Eating Right Multigrain Rotini 1 Cup Chopped Onion11/2 Tablespoons Butter2 Tablespoons Flour1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze1/2 Cup Fat Free Half and Half2 Tablespoon Worchestershire Sauce6 ounces shredded Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese1 whole wheat slice extra fiber whole grain bread made into crumbs
Directions
Boil water. Cook pasta eight to ten minutes. Saute onions in butter until clear. Mix in flour and stir to become a roux. Add Almond Breeze and fat free half and half. Add Worchestershire Sauce and Cheese. Stir until smooth. Add Pasta and stir. Top with Bread crumbs. Put under broiler and watch so the top will not burn.
