Stir Fried Veggies with Tofu and Rice

Ingredients
1 Package Green Giant Frozen Broccoli Cuts, No Sauce, cooked1 Sweet Red Pepper, steamed, sliced into strips1 Cup Portobello Mushrooms, cooked, sliced into strips2 Cups Cooked White Rice1 Package Nasoya Lite Firm Tofu, sliced, then cut into bite-size pieces6-8 Tbls. Lite Soy Sauce (per individual taste)
Directions
Spray Wok or large saute pan with Pam Olive Oil Cooking Spray. Heat pan until very hot. Add Tofu pieces. Cook until golden brown on the outside (tofu will be crunchy on the outside, soft on inside). Add veggies, 1 tbl. lite soy sauce, and a little more cooking spray if needed. Add 2 cups cooked rice, stir until well combined and then add additional soy sauce to taste (I used a total of 8 tbl). Mix thoroughly and heat throughout. Makes 2 servings. Enjoy!
