Chicken Kiss Kiss (Bang Bang)

Ingredients
2 cups of cooked, diced chicken1 medium apple, diced1 medium banana, sliced15 sliced grapes (1 cup before preparation)1 cup of cooked couscous4 tbsp of light mayocurry powder to taste
Directions
Quite simply add all the ingredients into a nice big bowl and mix thoroughly.

The nutrient information shown shows 1 tsp of curry powder but if that's not enough for you then hey go wild... it's only 7 calories a teaspoon.

Unless you are superstarving this gorgeous mix should serve 3 people

More calories: If you feel particularly decadent, fresh crusty french bread is always a good plan

Less calories: On the other hand if your calorie count needs trimming you can easily leave out the couscous and save yourself a good 60 calories per serving

***I had a good look around and pretty much all light mayo contains the same nutrition regardless of the brand so use whichever one you like***
