Hot Crab Dip

Ingredients
1 pound Imitation Alaskan King Crab, 8 ounces Cream Cheese8 ounces Fat free Cream Cheese 1 cup low-fat Sour Cream1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt Juice of 1/2 lemon 2 teaspoons minced garlic1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped celery 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder (or equivalent prepared mustard)1 tablespoon prepared horseradish2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided paprika
Directions
Chop the imitation crab meat into small bits. Dice celery, onion and garlic - lightly saute until onions are translucent. In the meantime mix cream cheeses, sour cream, yogurt, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, horseradish, and mustard in a bowl - blend with a mixer. When all mixed and onion combo is cooked stir all into crab meat with 1/2 of the cheddar cheese. When all thoroughly mixed, put into a deep dish cassarole dish, top with remaining cheese, sprinkle with paprika and bake at 325 for about 40 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serve with whole grain crackers or veggie sticks (calories for this not calculated).
