Mom's spinach quiche

10 oz. chopped frozen spinach, drained well2 cups shredded sharp cheese2 Tbsp. flour1 cup nonfat milk2 eggs, beaten1 pie crust, can use 1 deep dish or 2 shallow ones3 pieces microwave bacon, crumbled
1. Toss cheese with flour in mixing bowl.
2. Add the rest of ingredients and mix well.
3. Pour into pie shell(s) and bake at 350 for 1 hour (deep dish quiche may take a few minutes longer. Quiche is done when toothpick comes out clean. Let rest a few minutes before serving.
