Lemony-Garlicy-Cheesey Tilapia

Cooking spray5 Tilapia fillets1/4 cp. Lemon Juice2 Tbsp. I can't believe it's not butter light, melted1 Tbsp minced Garlic1 tsp. Worchestershire Sauce1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (or more to taste)2 tbsp. Parsley1/4 cp. Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
Arrange Tilapia in bottom of baking dish coated with cooking spray. (SIngle layered)
In seperate bowl; combine lemon juice, butter, garlic, worchestershire sauce, and red pepper. Pour over Tilapia.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake at 425 F for approximately 10 minutes or until tilapia is done. Sprinkle parsley over tilapia and serve.
*I serve this over brown rice.

We really liked this recipe. I saved some of the parmesan cheese back and after the 10 minute bake time was up I turned the over to the broiler. After a couple minutes I turned the fish sprinkled the rest of the cheese over the fish and put back under the broiler for a few more minutes. - 10/3/11
