Daddio's C & Z Salad

Ingredients
1 large zuccini1 large cucumberFresh Spinach, shreddedRomain lettuce, shreddedMushroomsolive oilVinegar
Directions
Chop, shred or slice all vegetables into bite size bits.
Add vinegar and oil (Italian dressing will work too)
And season to taste.
Eat right away, or let marinade a bit to let the flavors mingle
