3.5 c whole wheat flour2/3 c splenda4 t baking powder2 eggs1.5 c soy milk1/4 c canola oil1/4 c applesauce2 c blueberries
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and backe at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 24 muffins.
