Ingredients
1/4 c. baby oats (quick-cooking)6 almonds1 medium apple1 cup Almond Breeze, unsweetened, vanilla10 grams wheat germ
Directions
Place the oats in a bowl and pour in the almond milk. Let this sit for as long as you'd like. Some people put it in the refrigerator, covered, overnight.

Toast the wheat germ in a skillet over medium heat, stirring until it smells toasted. Put it in the bowl with the oats. Chop the almonds and toast them in the same skillet, stirring occasionally, until toasted. Put them in the bowl with the oats.

Shred the apple and put it on top of everything else in the bowl. You can add a little Spenda or stevia for additional sweetening, but many people find the sweetness of the apple sufficient.

Eat slowly and chew well. This breakfast will satisfy you for quite a while!
