Fruity Bran Flake Breakfast

Ingredients
1/4 Apple, fresh, chopped 1/4 Banana, med 1/4 cup Blueberries 1.10 oz Millville Bran Flakes 1 pkg Splenda with 1 gram of Fiber, 1 cup Milk, 2%
Directions
The blueberries were fresh last July...but I freeze them so I have my wonderful berries all year. Wash the apple but do not peel it, then chip it into small pieces. The fruit is done first , then add the cereal to the bowl, then splenda and milk.. for a calorie free extra sprinkle cinnamon to taste..it is touted to have calorie burning qualities..but also tast good. enjoy
