Ingredients
fresh cauliflour, 4 cup choppedBroccoli, fresh, 1 bunch choppedCarrots, raw, 2 small choppedOnions, raw, 1 small choppedMushrooms, canned, .66 cup drained and rinsedZuchini, 1.5 cup sliced 1/2 inch piecesGarlic, 1 clove choppedBullion - Chicken - 3 Cubes crushedParsley, dried, 1 tbsp Curry powder, .5 tsp Basil, 1/2 tbsp Pepper, black, 2 dash Salt, 2 dash Water 1 cup Tomato Sauce, no salt added, 1/2 cupFrozen Mixed Vegetables, 1 cup
Directions
mix all ingredients well. Throw into a crock pot and cook on low 8 hours. makes 4 - 2 cup servings - serve as a side dish or as a meatless dinner.
