Garden Greens Au Gratin

Ingredients
4 cups chopped Swiss Chard3 cups chopped Arugula1 cup chopped red leaf lettuce3 Tbsp reduced fat sour cream3 Tbsp shredded Parmesan cheesesalt to taste (no salt included in nutrition info)fresh black pepper.1/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs (I used Progresso)
Directions
Makes 4 delicious 1/2 cup servings

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Steam chopped greens for 15-20 minutes.
Drain greens, then mix with sour cream and parmesan cheese. Add salt to taste and fresh black pepper.

Place ingredients in Pam-sprayed gratin pan.
Sprinkle on bread crumbs.
Bake 20-30 minutes until bubbling.
If desired, place under broiler and broil till brown, about 5 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
