T's tomato salad

4 Very Large Tomatoes1/4 Vidalia Onion1/4 cp olive oil1/4 cp vinegarcelery salt to taste1 tsp Parmesan Cheese
Cut 4 large ripe tomatoes in to large chunks
Slice 1/4 of a Vidalia onion into very thin slices
mix the olive oil and vinegar with a bit of celery salt (to taste)
and then put all the ingredients in a large zip lock bag, sprinkle a teaspoon of Parmesan cheese and close the bag.
Let this set over night in the fridge.
This makes about 8, 1/2 cup servings.
