Thousand Island Dressing

Ingredients
1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise (I use Hellmann's)1/4 fat free plain greek yogurt1 T white vinegar2 teaspoons Splenda sweetener2 teaspoons pickle relish (I use dill)1 teaspoon finely minced white onion (or 1/2 tsp onion powder)1/8 teaspoon saltdash of black pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Gets better with time, especially if you use fresh onion. Makes about 8 (8 heaping) 1 Tablespoon servings.
