4 Cups Mung Bean Sprouts.5 Cup Scallions, Raw - cut in small pieces6 Tsp Ginger Root, minced6 Tsp Garlic, sliced.5 Tsp Salt1 Tbsp Pepper, White1 Tbsp Canola Oil
Directions
1. Heat Oil.
2. Stir fry Ginger & Garlic.
3. Add Mung Bean Sprouts.
4. Add in Green Oinions.
5. Salt & pepper to taste.
6. Serve immediately.
