Rhubarb-Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients
Directions
2 cups of rhubarb diced1 cup water1 package of sugar free, fat free Jello (any flavor/your fave)1 packet of Nutrasweet or sugar substitute ( you may add more sugar substitute if you like it a little sweeter)
Boil the 2 cups of rhubarb in the 1 cup water. When rhubarb becomes soft add the packet of Jello ( I use Raspberry or Strawberry), mix well. Add in one packet of sugar substitute and mix. Can be used on ice cream as a sauce or eat the way it is. Low enough in calories you can eat two servings.

Just don't let it cool to much it will turn solid - you can always melt it again, but I don't know what that will do. I always use it all when I make it.
