SALAD Apple and Cheddar Tossed Salad

Ingredients
10 C torn mixed salad greens1 C chopped red or Granny Smith apple1 C cubbed or shredded Cheddar cheese1 C chopped walnuts or pecans, toasted2/3 C honey2 T apple cider vinegar3/4 tsp celery seed1 tsp ground mustard1 tsp paprika1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp minced onion3/4 tsp salt1 C olive oil
Directions
In a large salad bowl, combine salad greens, apple, cheese and walnuts. In a food processor, combine honey, vinegar, celery seed, ground mustard, paprika, lemon juice, onion and salt. Blend ingredients together until well mixed. With machine still running, gradually add oil in a steady stream and process until dressing is well combined. Serve the dressing on the side with the salad.
