Mexican Rice

Ingredients
1.5 cups white rice1 cup chopped onions1/2 cup chopped bell pepper1 stalk celery minced2 tbsp salt1 pinch cumin1/2 cup tomato sauce3 cups water1 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
Heat oil in pan. Add rice and cook for about a minute, then add chopped vegetables. Stir occasionally until rice is golden brown and onions are translucent. Pour in tomato sauce, add the salt and cumin, and stir well. Next, pour in the water and make sure everything is blended well. Bring to boil then reduce heat and cover. Cook for about 20 minutes or until rice is fluffy.
Serves 7.
