Pecan, Raisin and Oat Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup Butter (can also use margarine, but butter tastes better!)2 c Packed Brown Sugar2 Eggs1/2 cup water2 c All purpose Flour1 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Baking Soda1/2 tsp Salt4 cups Rolled Oats (1/2 quick and 1/2 old Fashioned)1 cup Shredded Coconut1 1/2 cups Raisins1 cup Chopped Pecans (or Walnuts)
Directions
1. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and water.
2. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, & salt. Add to butter and sugar mixture.
3. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
4. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet (spray with Pam).
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 min.

Makes 6 dozen cookies. These freeze well and stay fresh longer if you freeze them and just pull out a few as you need them.
