Potatoes with Rosemary

Ingredients
2 pounds new baby potatoes30g(1 oz) butter2 TBS Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 tsp cracked black pepper2 cloves garlic, crushed1 TBS finely chopped fresh rosemary ( I use dried)1 tsp sea salt
Directions
1. Litghtly boil or steam potatoes for about 10 min or until fork tender, Drain and cool slightly.
2. Heat the butter and oil in a large heavy based frying pan. When foaming, add the potatoes and season with half the pepper. Cook over med. heat for 5-10 min. or until golden and crisp.Toss to make sure potatoes are evenly coloured.
3. Stir in garlic, rosemary, and salt and cook for another minute. Mix in remaining cracked pepper.
