Moroccan Bulgur Wheat & Chickpeas

Ingredients
0.5 cup / 75gms cooked bulgur wheat1/2 can / 120 grms chickpeas / garbanzo beans1/2 sweet red pepper2 spears asparagus50 gms red onion (could use spring onion)50 gms courgette / zucchiniFresh coriander / cilantro Fresh parsleyCumin seeds - 1 tbspSprinkle paprikaGarlic cloves x 2
Directions
Serves 1 as a main dish or two as a side dish

Chop veggies and garlic - fry in non stick pan for oil free until soft

Boil bulgur wheat til cooked

Mix all ingredients together

Add lemon juice, fresh coriander, parsley, cumin seeds and paprika to taste
