1 cup frozen green peas, thawed and drained 1 teaspoon ground cumin 3 tablespoons chopped onion 1 large clove garlic, chopped 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or to taste salt and ground black pepper to taste 1 medium tomato chopprd small
Directions
Puree the peas in food processor with the olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, pepper and garlic Place in bowl, add chopped tomato and onion , chill & serve
Makes about 8 servings, 35 calories each without chopped balck olives
