Buckwheat and Millet Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup Millet1/2 cup Buckwheat3/4 Rice Milk1 cup strawberries 2 tablespoon cinnamon
Directions
Soak millet and buckwheat in water overnight.
In a blender combine drained millet and buckwheat, rice milk, half cup strawberries and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.

Cook in a frying pan till each side is golden and crispy. Approx. 2-3 minutes. layering strawberry slices in the pancakes while cooking
