Simple Caribbean Curry Chicken

Ingredients
3 medium onions1 lb chicken pieces, no skin3 large potatoes3 tblsp Madaras Curry Powder1 cup water4 tblsp olive oil
Directions
Cut potatoes, onions and chicken into bite-size pieces.
Heat oil in large pan. Add potatoes and onions and sautee until onions are soft.
Add curry powder and chicken. Cook until chicken is cooked through. Add cup of water and cover to finish cokking potatoes. Serve when most of water is absorbed and potatoes are soft.
