Ingredients
Directions
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast1 can cream of broccoli soup1/3 C. 1% milk4 slices ham 2 slices 2% swiss cheese1TBSP Thyme1.5 TBSP Olive oil
Heat olive oil in skillet. Add chicken breast and cook for a few minutes on each side (until skin is no longer pink) Mix together soup, thyme, and milk. Pour over chicken and bring to a boil. Add lid and simmer on low for about 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Add one slice of ham and half slice of swiss to top. Recover until cheese melts and serve. You can dip the chicken in the extra sauce. I have also pounded the chicken flat, added the ham and swiss and rolled up. Brown in Olive Oil and then follow the rest of the directions. I think it is easier and tastes just as good without taking the time to roll!
