Ingredients
*Martha White Self-Rising White Corn Meal Mix, 32 tbsp Milk, nonfat, 1.75 cup *Musselman's Home Style Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 0.25 cup .25 cups eggbeaters or 1 egg white
Directions
combine all ingredients. mix well. get a muffin pan and put muffin tin liners in each slot and spray with pam. fill each tray 2/3 full and cook in oven on 450 for 15 to 20 minutes
