1 head red leaf lettuce1/2 bag (6 servings/6 ounces) Baked Nacho Cheese Doritos1/2 to 3/4 cup salsa, or to taste1/2 cup Kraft Light Done Right Three Cheese Ranch salad dressing1 bag Birds Eye/C&W The Ultimate Southwest Blend frozen vegetables
Heat veggies in microwave, drain, and allow to slightly cool while preparing other ingredients. Wash and shred lettuce. Add Doritos and veggies to lettuce. Mix dressing and salsa. Toss with salad mixture and serve.
