Strawberry Pretzel Bars

Ingredients
Crust:10 tbsp butter, melted2 cups pretzels, finely crushed1/4 cup sugarMiddle layer:12 oz neufchatel cheese, softened1 cup lite whipped topping, thawed1/4 cup sugar2 tbsp skim milkTop layer:2 cups boiling water6 oz package strawberry jello, sugar free3 cups strawberries, sliced1.5 cups cold water
Directions
Mix melted butter, 1/4 cup sugar and pretzels, press into bottom of 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Cool.

Combine softened cream cheese, remaining sugar, milk and whipped topping until well blended. Spread over cooled pretzel crust, sealing in pretzel layer, and refrigerate.

Combine boiling water and gelatin & stir until dissolved. Stir in cold water, chill in fridge until slightly thickened. Stir in sliced strawberries. Carefully pour mixture on top and refrigerate until firm.
