* *Flour, white, 1.25 cup * Baking Soda, 1 tsp * Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp * Salt, .5 tsp * Blue Bonnet Homestyle vegetable oil spread, 8 tbsp * *Musselman's Home Style Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 0.5 cup * Granulated Sugar, .75 cup * Brown Sugar, .75 cup, packed * Egg, fresh, 2 medium * Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 1 tsp * Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 3 cup, dry, yields * butterscotch flavored morsels, 22 tbsp
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt, set aside. Beat eggs, blue bonnet, applesauce, vanilla extract and sugars in large bowl. Slowly add the flour mixture, then oatmeal, then butterscotch morsels. Spoon rounded tbsp onto baking sheet, bake for 8-9 minutes.
