Jicama Slaw

Ingredients
3/4 cup of jicama1 tbsp red onion finely chopped1tbp fresh cilantro, chopped1/2 orage cut into wedges without membranejuice of half a lime1 tsp lime zest
Directions
thinly slice jicama. Combine all ingredients and allow to sit for one hour. Serve as a side dish to any meat or fish.
