Diszno Porkolt

Ingredients
3 lbs of pork meat, cubed3 medium slices bacon2 tbsp Paprika 1 large, Onion choppedSalt, 1 tbsp
Directions
Heat Bacon until limp, not crispy, but has enough grease now around it to sautee the onions. When onions are nearly glassy, add paprika and stir, then add pork. Sear the cubes as best as you can, then add about 1 cup of water. Boil until tender, or water gone. Add salt, stir. Serve with Nokkedli (egg dumplings)
