Oriental Broccoli Salad

Salad2 packages of Mr. Noodle (Ramen Noodles - US)1 cup slivered almonds3/4 cup sunflower seeds6 green onions2 packages broccoli slaw (340 g each)1/4 cup dried cranberries (Craisins)Dressing1 cup sunflower oil1 tsp. pepper4 tbsp. sugar6 tbsp. white vinegar2 packages chicken flavouing (from noodles)
In a jar, mix oil, pepper, sugar, chicken flavouring, and vinegar for dressing.
In plastic bag, brush noodles. Add almonds and sunflower seeds.
In bowl, put cole slaw and chopped onions. Add noodle mixture.
Add dressing and toss.
Makes approximately 16 one cup servings.
*Optional: Add 4 cooked chicken breasts.
*Optional: Use vegetable flavoured noodles for a vegetarian dish.
