Chicken Parmigiana

Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts1/2 cup breadcrumbs1 large egg, beaten1 cup of marinara sauce4 oz of mozzarella cheeseparmesan cheese
Directions
1) Heat Broiler. Put breadcrumbs in 1 shallow bowl and the beaten egg in another.
2) Heat skillet med-high heat and spray with cooking oil.
Dip chicken in egg then breadcrumbs to coat. Place the four chicken breasts in skillet, cook each side untill golden brown, 5 mins each side.
3) Spread 1/2 cup marinara sauce to bottom of a baking sheet and place the chicken on top. Pour the rest of marinara sauce on top of the chicken. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
4) Broil for 5 to 8 minutes until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
