Low Fat Whole Wheat Banana Muffins

Ingredients
1-Cup Whole Wheat Flour1/4 Cup-Splenda1-Tbsp Baking Powder1/2-Tsp Baking Soda1/8-Tsp Salt1-Large Egg1/2-Tsp Vanilla Extract1/4-Cup Unsweetened Applesauce 1- Cup Mashed Bananas
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease muffin pan or line with paper muffin liners.

In medium bowl sift flour, baking powder. Add baking soda, salt and sugar.

In separate bowl or large measuring cup combine egg, vanilla extract and unsweetened applesause. Then add banana. Blend until well mixed. Slowly combine wet mixture to dry mixture. Blend well.

Scoop batter into prepared muffin cups. Bake 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean. Let cool before serving.
