Chicken Broccoli Casserol

4 c. cooked rice (or egg noodle pasta)2 chicken brests1/2 onion1 tsp minced garlic16 oz. tub of sour cream1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup2-3 c. cut broccoli1-2 c. mozzarella cheese1/2 c. 1% milk
Place 2 c. cooked rice (or egg noodle pasta) in the bottom of a greased 9"x13" baking pan.
Cut chicken, onion and garlic and cook together on stove top until chicken is finished. Add broccoli and continue to cook until broccoli is done. Add sour cream, milk and can of Cream of Mushroom soup to the chicken & broccoli. Once sour cream and soup have begun to warm, pour the mixture over the rice. Cover the chicken & broccoli with cheese.
Bake for about 45 minutes in the over at 350 degrees.
Let the casserol cool before serving
