Ingredients
1 Food for life Brown Rice Tortilla3 Tbsp hummus1/4 cup thinly sliced cucumbers1/4 cup shredded carrots1/2 cup packed spinach1/4 cup diced green onion1 Basil leaf minced
Directions
Chop up green onion, mince basil leaf and mix with hummus. Spread hummus over tortilla add remaining veggies. Roll up and eat.
