Mock Chopped Liver

Ingredients
3 onions sliced4 hard boiled eggs11 Ritz crackers1 large can Le Seur peas, drained Only use LeSeur brand2 chicken boullion cubeshandful of walnuts
Directions
Saute sliced onions in margarine and when soft add the boullion cubes and saute the onions until brown. In food processor put in walnuts, crackers and mix until well blended, add eggs, peas and onions and mix all together until well blended. Add salt to taste

It tastes and looks like the real thing but it keeps much longer than chicken livers.
