Two Tiny Cobblers

1 cup frozen blueberries (or other fresh or frozen fruit)1/4 c walnuts2 T whole wheat flour2 T rolled oats2 T non-hydrogenated margarine3 t turbinado sugar (separated)1/2 t cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Divide blueberries between 2 ramekins. Sprinkle 1/2 t of the sugar over each pile of blueberries.
Combine remaining 2 t sugar, and all other ingredients in food processor. Process until thoroughly mixed, but still chunky.
Use your hands to evenly distribute the crumb topping mixture over both ramekins.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes (depending on whether your fruit was frozen or fresh). Fruit should be bubbling and the crumb topping should be golden.
Enjoy.
