680 gfresh broccoli, cut into bite sizes,75g butter, 15g brown sugar, 3 tbs soy sauce, 2 tbs white viniger, 1-4th ground black pepper, 2 cloves garlic, 80 ml copped salted cashews
Place Broccoli into a large pot with about 1 inch of water. Bring to boil, cook for 7 minutes or until tender but still crispy. Drain and arrange broccoli on a plate.
Melt the butter, mix in brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper and garlic. Bring to a boil then remove. Put the cashews over broccoli and pour sauce over it.
