Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 breast, bone and skin removed Diced tomatoes & Green Chillis Rotel, 10oz , 2 cansBeans, black, 1 Can DrainedBeans, red kidney, 1 Can DrainedYellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 Can Drained
Place Chicken in Crockpot
Open and Drain Cans
Add to Crockpot
Add Mexican Seasons to Taste
Chili Powder, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Red pepper flakes, Cumin
Cook on low 4-6 or High 3-4 Until Chicken is cooked through Remove Chicken Cut into cubes or shred and place back in crockpot stir well.
I drained the "juice" and put in Whole wheat tortillas, or you can eat as a soup.
