Ingredients
3 cucumbers, sliced thinly2/3 cup apple cider vinegar (can also substitute whit wine vinegar)2/3 cup water3.5 tablespoons sugar1/4 teaspoon salt2 tablespoons fresh dill (option, can also substitute parsley)
Directions
1. Peel and thinly slice cucumbers
2. Mix vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and dill together
3. Pour vinegar mixture over cucumbers, chill for at least an hour before serving.
