8 cups packed cubed white bread crumbs (cubed 1/4 inch) 1 cup 1% milk4 eggs1/3 cup sugar1/4 cup melted butter2 tsp vanilla1 tsp cinnamon1 cup raisins, dries cranberries or cherries
Pre heat oven to 350 F, spray muffin tin with Pam.
Mix bread crumbs and milk in a bowl for at least 10 minutes
Combine eggs,sugar,butter,vanilla and cinnamon in a seperate bowl. Add raisins, cranberries or cherries
Combine egg miture with bread mixture. Spoon into muffin pan, filling to top, press down if need be.
bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 15 minutes than remove
