3 eggs1 tsp vanilla1/4 cup sugar or honey1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/2 tsp cinammon1 cup dried fruits1 cup mixed nuts
mix eggs, vanilla and honey
then add flour and cinammon
then add fruits and nuts
mix all together and pour into loaf pan
bake on 260F for 1 hr. then slice into 1/4 inch pieces (makes 20-25) and put back into oven to toast (laid flat) for 20 min on 350
