Fluffy white frosting

Ingredients
1 cup light corn syrup2 egg whites, room temp1/4 tsp cream of tartar1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Bring corn syrup to a boil. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar at high speed to stiff moist peaks. Continue beating and gradually add hot corn syrup and beat until stiff shiny peaks form. Beat in vanilla. Makes enough to fill and frost an 8 or 9 inch layer cake.
