Broccoli Puree Soup

Ingredients
Broccoli (1/4 of package)Carrot, reduce on little quatrs (1/2 of medium one)Olive oil (1 tsp)Milk nonfat (2 tblsp)cayenne peppersaltgreeny as you wish
Directions
Fry carrots in olive oil (5 min). Add crushed broccoli, pour 1 glass of hot water and stew until soft (10-15 minutes). When the broccoli and carrots are tender, turning vegetables into puree using brake. Add milk and seasonings, salt. Boil thoroughly 5 more minutes.
