Fudge Mint Chocolate Pudding Pops

Ingredients
6 Thin Mint Cookies1 box Sugar Free Pudding dry mix2 cups Nonfat Milk1/2 cup Light Cool Whip8 Plastic cups w/ popcicle sticks OR popcicle molds
Directions
Put the cookies into a bag and crush into small pieces. Add milk to the pudding mix and whisk vigorously for 2 minutes. Stir in Cool Whip and cookie pieces until well blended.

Place in plastic cups or popcicle molds and place sticks in center. Freeze for 3 hours or longer.
