Ingredients
1 envelope of Liption onion soup mix4 medium all-purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks1/3 cup olive oil
Directions
preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a 9x13 baking or roasting pan, combine all ingredients ( I usually combinge in a large ziplock back and shake together, then add to pan.). I coat the pan with a non-stick spray for easy removal. Bake, stirring occasionally, 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender golden brown. Serving size 4

The nutritional info might be right as it is only figured as one (1) serving. That's gotta be one honking big serving LOL
I like WATKINS onion Soup base better than Lipton's, it has more flavor less salt. - 4/17/10
