Ingredients:*Mama Marys 12 inch, 100 percent Whole Wheat Pizza Crusts, 1 serving mornins star meat 2/3 cup, 1 serving *Canned Pizza Sauce, 3 serving *Cheese- Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 0.25 cup Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices *Green Onions (scallions), 0.25 cup tomato, medium, 1 serving Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 450
-Spray whole wheat pizza with cooking spray
-spread pizza sauce
-add veggies,"meat", and cheese any way that you like
Lower oven heat to 425
bake in middle of rack for 10 minutes
